21 Serious Charges in the UK
The CPS has confirmed the charges against the brothers for the first time. Andrew Tate, 38, faces 10 serious charges relating to three women, encompassing rape, assault, human trafficking, and facilitating prostitution for gain. His younger brother, Tristan Tate, 36, faces 11 charges related to one woman, including rape, causing grievous bodily harm, and human trafficking. In total, the Tate brothers face 21 serious charges.
