The charges relate to alleged incidents between 2012 and 2015 and follow an investigation by Bedfordshire Police.
21 Serious Charges in the UK
The CPS has confirmed the charges against the brothers for the first time. Andrew Tate, 38, faces 10 serious charges relating to three women, encompassing rape, assault, human trafficking, and facilitating prostitution for gain. His younger brother, Tristan Tate, 36, faces 11 charges related to one woman, including rape, causing grievous bodily harm, and human trafficking. In total, the Tate brothers face 21 serious charges.
CPS Statement:
The British prosecution stated that the charges are based on sufficient evidence and complaints. The CPS indicated that, given the seriousness of the case, charges will be formally filed and legal proceedings initiated soon.
