BOB Q4 Results: Bank of Baroda (BOB) announced its highest-ever dividend payout along with the financial results for the fourth quarter (January-March 2025) of fiscal year 2024-25. The bank reported a net profit of ₹5048 crore, a 3.3% increase in profit.

Largest Cash Reward Following 417% Dividend and Stock Split

The bank recommended a dividend of ₹8.35 per share with a face value of ₹2. This translates to a 417.5% dividend, the largest ever following the bank's stock split. This dividend was announced alongside the fourth-quarter results.

Approval Pending AGM, Payment to Follow

The bank clarifies that this dividend is a recommendation and requires approval at the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Dividend payment will be made only after the AGM approval.

Record Date: June 6, 2025

Bank of Baroda has set June 6, 2025, as the record date for the dividend. Shareholders holding BOB shares on or before this date will be eligible for the dividend. Investors who purchase and hold the shares in their demat accounts by this date will receive the dividend.

Q4 Profit Increases to ₹5048 Crore

Bank of Baroda's net profit in the fourth quarter rose by 3.3% to ₹5048 crore. This compares to a profit of ₹4886 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
