Seven resolutions concerning the Hindu community were passed at the Lucknow Dharma Sansad, including demands for a Hindu Rashtra, a Sanātani Sena against Love Jihad, and temple security.
UP News: A large Dharma Sansad, led by the Vishva Hindu Parishad, was held on Sunday at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan in Lucknow. Sadhus and saints from across the country participated. The Dharma Sansad engaged in serious discussions on pressing issues related to the Hindu community and Sanātana Dharma, passing seven significant resolutions.
The Seven Key Resolutions Passed
- Demand for a Hindu Rashtra – A resolution was proposed to declare India a Hindu Rashtra to prevent the recurrence of incidents like those in Pehlgam.
- 'Sanātani Sena' against Love Jihad and Land Jihad – A special 'Sanātani Sena' will be formed to curb incidents of Love Jihad and land grabbing.
- Offices in Muslim-majority areas – The Vishva Hindu Raksha Dal will open offices (Sanātana Kavach) in Muslim-majority areas to protect temples and Hindus.
- Launch of Sanātana Helpline – A helpline number has been launched to provide assistance to Hindus in times of crisis.
- Organization of Sanātana Yatra – A 'Sanātana Yatra' will be taken out from Murshidabad in West Bengal in June, which will proceed to Kashmir.
- Sanātana Gaurav Samman – Those who protect Sanātana Dharma will be awarded the 'Sanātana Gaurav Samman'.
- Emphasis on Hindu Unity – A campaign will be launched to unite Hindus across the country and enhance unity.
Mahant Raju Das's Statement
Mahant Raju Das of Hanuman Garhi stated that "The aim of the Dharma Sansad is not merely religious, but also to ensure social and cultural security." He explained that these resolutions were proposed, learning from the recent violence in Murshidabad and Nagpur, to prevent such incidents in the future.
Plan for Hindu Security in Muslim-Majority Areas
The Dharma Sansad decided to open special offices to protect temples and the Hindu community in Muslim-majority areas. Mahant Raju Das said, "Wherever Hindus are vulnerable, our responsibility increases."
Awareness Campaign for the Protection of Sanātana Dharma
Mahant Raju Das also clarified that the Dharma Sansad will also work to spread awareness related to Sanātana Dharma. "He who protects the Dharma, the Dharma will protect him," he said.
