Polycab India Announces ₹7,343.62 Crore Profit and 350% Dividend

Polycab India Limited approved the results for the fourth quarter and the full fiscal year ending March 2025 at its board meeting held on May 6, 2025. During this meeting, the company declared a 350% dividend for the fiscal year 2024-25. This translates to a dividend of ₹35 per share with a face value of ₹10. This dividend will be paid after shareholder approval at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Polycab India's Strong Performance

During the March 2025 quarter, Polycab India's total revenue amounted to ₹69,857.98 crore. The company's net profit reached ₹7,343.62 crore, compared to ₹5,534.77 crore in the same quarter of the previous year (January-March 2024). This represents a 32.69% increase in profit for the quarter. Compared to the October-December 2024 quarter, when the profit was ₹4,643.48 crore, the increase is a significant 58.15%.

Fiscal Year 2024-25 Results

Fiscal year 2024-25 was excellent for Polycab India. The company recorded a net profit of ₹20,455.37 crore, a 13.46% increase compared to ₹18,028.51 crore in the previous year. This demonstrates the company's b financial position and rapid business growth.

350% Dividend Details

The company has announced a 350% dividend, payable to shareholders within 30 days of the AGM, subject to shareholder approval. The company has promised to provide information regarding the book closure and record date for the dividend at a later time.
