According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), the price of 24-carat gold fell from ₹95,631 per 10 grams to ₹95,108. Silver prices dropped from ₹97,684 per kg to ₹96,426.

According to the rates released by IBJA, gold prices today were as follows:
995 Purity Gold: ₹94,727 per 10 grams
916 (22 Carat): ₹87,119 per 10 grams
750 (18 Carat): ₹71,331 per 10 grams
585 (14 Carat): ₹55,638 per 10 grams
Silver, with 999 purity, was priced at ₹96,426 per kg.
Gold and Silver Prices Across Cities?
Gold and silver rates varied slightly across different cities in India. In cities like Delhi, Noida, Lucknow, Jaipur, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, and Chandigarh, 22-carat gold ranged around ₹89,540 per 10 grams, and 24-carat gold reached ₹97,670.
In Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Kerala, 22-carat gold was priced at ₹89,390 and 24-carat gold at ₹97,520 per 10 grams.
Gold and Silver Price Drop in Delhi
On Monday, Delhi witnessed a drop of approximately ₹1,000 in gold prices. 99.9% pure gold reached ₹98,400 per 10 grams, down from ₹99,400. 99.5% pure gold also fell, reaching ₹97,900.
Silver prices fell by approximately ₹1,400, settling at ₹98,500 per kg, compared to ₹99,900 in the previous session.
Impact of the International Market
The global market also saw a softening of precious metal prices. Spot gold fell by approximately 1%, reaching $3,291.04 per ounce. Silver traded at $33.05 per ounce, down 0.2%.
