The Supreme Court has also announced the public release of the judges' appointment process. Information regarding the appointments of High Court and Supreme Court judges will now be available on the website. In a statement, the Supreme Court said that proposals approved by the Supreme Court Collegium for the appointment of High Court judges from November 9th, 2022, to May 5th, 2025, will be made public. These proposals include name, previous position, date of appointment, category (SC/ST/OBC/Woman), and other relevant information.
