Punjab AAP Undergoes Major Organizational Restructuring Under Manish Sisodia's Leadership

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Punjab has undertaken a significant organizational restructuring. Delhi's former Deputy Chief Minister and senior AAP leader, Manish Sisodia, announced the changes, stating that the party has entrusted key responsibilities to new leaders deeply rooted in grassroots politics.

Punjab AAP: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Punjab has adopted a new strategy with this large-scale organizational overhaul. The party has enhanced the roles and influence of its workers and leaders by appointing five MLAs as State Vice Presidents. Furthermore, nine experienced leaders have been appointed as General Secretaries and Secretaries, strengthening the party's operational efficiency and coordination.

This restructuring involves assigning new teams to 13 Lok Sabha constituencies to improve election preparedness and public relations. Additionally, grassroots leaders have been appointed as District Presidents in 27 districts, a crucial step aimed at expanding the party's reach and influence at the grassroots level.

Key Highlights of the Restructuring in Punjab AAP Organization

This organizational reshuffle includes the appointment of five MLAs as State Vice Presidents and nine experienced and energetic leaders as General Secretaries and Secretaries. New teams have been assigned to 13 Lok Sabha constituencies, and local leadership has been entrusted with the command in 27 districts as District Presidents.

Manish Sisodia stated that this is not merely a redistribution of positions but a strategic move to strengthen the foundation of Punjab's politics. He emphasized that this is the most significant organizational change undertaken by AAP in Punjab to date. The newly formed team is deeply connected to grassroots politics, and the individuals entrusted with greater responsibilities will shape the future of the party's political landscape.

The New Team's Objective — Service and Accountability

Sisodia clarified that this restructuring is not solely about gaining power but a commitment to making politics a means of service. He stated, “The dream of Arvind Kejriwal and the resolve of Bhagwant Mann is to make politics a means of service, not power. Every member of this new team will act as a bridge between the government and the people. These leaders will be the link between accountability and trust.”

This restructuring aims to make the Aam Aadmi Party's organization in Punjab ber, more transparent, and effective at the grassroots level, enabling the party to reach every village, family, and youth across the state with its ideology and politics.

Five MLAs Assume Greater Responsibility

Five dynamic MLAs from Punjab have been appointed as State Vice Presidents. These MLAs will play a crucial role in maintaining a b hold of the party, from the grassroots to the state assembly.
