Krystle D'Souza's Surprising Fitness Secret: Gyms Made Her Gain Weight!

Television’s beloved 'Bahanji' and stylish actress Krystle D'Souza recently revealed a surprising fitness secret. While many celebrities spend hours in the gym to achieve fitness, Krystle claims that gym workouts actually caused her to gain weight.

Krystle D'Souza Talked About Weight Gain: Krystle D'Souza, known for her portrayal of a 'traditional daughter-in-law' on television, rose to fame with the show "Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai." In this show, she played the role of a sister who is always ready to face any challenge for her sibling.

Nia Sharma co-starred in the show, and their on-screen pairing was immensely popular. Both Krystle and Nia saw a significant increase in popularity after "Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai." Krystle D'Souza has since distanced herself from television and has started a new phase in her career on OTT platforms.

Along with acting, Krystle pays close attention to her fitness. However, she recently revealed that she no longer goes to the gym. She says that when she started going to the gym, she started gaining weight, which caused her considerable distress. This led her to discontinue gym workouts, and now she maintains her fitness through other methods.

No Gym, Slimmer Physique!

Krystle shared her fitness journey on comedian Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa's podcast. When Harsh asked her if she went to the gym, her response was surprising. Krystle laughingly said, "I used to go to the gym, but I got fat. It had the opposite effect on me. As soon as I stopped going to the gym, my weight started decreasing automatically."

According to her, going to the gym increased her appetite, leading her to eat more and gain weight. But as soon as she stopped her workout routine, her appetite decreased, and her body naturally returned to its slimmer form.

Party Queen but Fit

Krystle's lifestyle is quite different from other television actresses. She mentioned that she eats out daily because she often has friends over at her home. Late-night parties and socializing are common. Despite this, her weight remains under control. Looking fit without workouts or a strict diet, Krystle says, "My body is probably not built for the gym."

After distancing herself from television serials, Krystle is now making a mark in the OTT world. She will soon be seen in MX Player's new web series 'First Copy'. The series also features stand-up comedian and Bigg Boss winner Munawar Faruqui. The series will be released in June, and it will showcase a completely new and bold avatar of Krystle.

A New Perspective on Fitness

Krystle D'Souza's statement is not only amusing but also conveys an important message – there is no single fitness formula that works for everyone. Every body is different, and what works for others may not be suitable for you. Krystle's journey is an inspiration for those who worry that the gym is the only path to fitness. Her experience clearly shows that understanding your body and adapting your lifestyle accordingly is the true key to fitness.
