18 Indian Railways Trains Cancelled in Jabalpur Division During First Week of June

If you are planning to travel by train during the first week of June, please read this news. Indian Railways has announced the cancellation of a total of 18 trains during the first week of June. These trains pass through the Jabalpur division of West Central Railway, where significant railway development work is underway.

Train Cancellations: Indian Railways is continuously expanding its network across the country to provide better facilities to passengers in the future. However, this process often necessitates the cancellation or rerouting of several trains, causing inconvenience to passengers. The railway is engaged in connecting new rail lines, maintaining, repairing, and modernizing old tracks across various rail divisions.

Due to this work, some train services are temporarily disrupted. Although the railway provides information about these changes through its portal, station announcements, and media, passengers planning trips suddenly still face difficulties.

Railway Development Work as a Temporary Obstacle

According to railway officials, this work is part of the modernization of the rail infrastructure. After the new rail line is added, both the speed and frequency of trains on this route will improve. However, for the time being, this upgrade will cause some inconvenience to passengers. West Central Railway has appealed to passengers to check the status of their trains through the IRCTC website or the railway inquiry app before their scheduled journey to avoid any inconvenience.
