A grand pavilion and stage were set up across 444 acres for the gathering, where thousands of people assembled to listen to the Prime Minister's speech.

- Automatic Block Signaling System from Sasaram to Anugrah Narayan Road: This will improve the management and safety of railway traffic.

Stringent Security Arrangements for PM Modi's Gathering
Keeping in mind Prime Minister Modi's gathering, the administration has made stringent security arrangements. The DM and SP are personally overseeing the security arrangements. A total of 250 checkpoints have been set up at the venue and surrounding areas, where magistrates and police officers will be deployed. The security arrangement includes 5000 police personnel, officers, and magistrates. This includes a team of 10 SPs, 50 DSPs, and more than 1000 Inspectors and Sub-Inspectors. A temporary police station has also been established at the venue, along with the provision of 10 fire engines and ambulances.
Grand Preparations for the Gathering: Floral Welcome
Upon PM Modi's arrival, he will be welcomed with a shower of flower petals at the venue. Flowers have been specially procured from Kolkata and Patna for this purpose.
