Operation Sindoor: Mohan Bhagwat, the chief of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), has responded to the escalating tensions between India and Pakistan. He stated that Operation Sindoor was a necessary step and commended the Indian government and armed forces for their leadership.

In a statement, Bhagwat said, "Hearty congratulations to the Indian government and armed forces for Operation Sindoor. This step, aimed at securing justice for the families affected by the killing of Hindu pilgrims and the nation as a whole, will enhance our collective courage and self-respect." He also condemned the attacks by the Pakistani army on religious sites and civilian areas along the Indian border, expressing condolences to the families of the victims.
Condemnation of Pakistani Attacks
Mohan Bhagwat bly condemned the Pakistani army's attacks on religious sites and civilian settlements along the Indian border. He stated, "The attacks by the Pakistani army only serve to escalate the conflict. Our deepest condolences are with the families affected by these attacks."
RSS Chief's Appeal: "Maintain National Unity"
The RSS chief appealed for national unity. He urged citizens to follow information provided by the government and administration. He also called on citizens to remain vigilant against any anti-national conspiracy and maintain social harmony.
He stated, "I request all citizens to demonstrate their patriotism by being prepared to provide all possible assistance to the army and civil administration wherever and whenever needed, and to strengthen all efforts to maintain national unity and security."
Bhagwat further added, "We must all fulfill our civic duties and extend all possible cooperation for the nation's security and unity." His statement encourages citizens to remain united and cooperate in national security efforts.
