HBSE Result 2025 Nuh Pass Percentage
Typically, when students underperform in board exams, they face the displeasure of their parents and family. However, we bring you a story that will surprise you and uplift your day with its display of positive parental thinking.
Decline in Pass Percentage
The Haryana Board recently released the Class 12th results for 2025, sparking statewide discussion about the HBSE Class 12th toppers. Nuh district has grabbed headlines, but for an unusual reason. Despite a drop in the pass percentage, parents in the district are happy. The decline in Nuh's pass percentage in the Haryana Board Class 12th examination 2025 is attributed to the strict measures taken by the district administration against cheating. Despite this, the positive attitude of the parents has become a topic of discussion.
Police Apprehend Cheating Gang
In an interview with the Indian Express, Piproli village head Hanif Khan welcomed the district administration's strict measures against cheating. He stated, "While this year's results might be a setback for children and their parents, it will encourage students to focus on their studies." The village head explained that mass cheating was common in Nuh district, with a video of cheating during last year's state board exams going viral on social media. He added, "Over-reliance on cheating without hard work will severely impact their future."
A parent from the Sarpanch's village, whose son failed the exam, also shared his reaction. He said, "We anticipated his failure as the police apprehended students cheating during the exam. We could only guide him, but ingrained habits of cheating don't disappear quickly."
Weak Results Despite Strict Monitoring
This year's board exam results in Nuh district reflect a significant change. The district's pass percentage dropped from 56.83% last year to 45.76% in the Haryana Board Examination 2025. According to education department data, this figure was 63.38% last year. A total of 7,588 students from the district appeared for the HBSE Class 12th board exam this year, with only 3,472 students succeeding.
This outcome, despite strict monitoring and stringent measures against cheating, highlights a new challenge in the education sector. This year, 1,758 students have been given compartment exams, while 2,358 students failed the exam.
Further Improvements at the District Level
Nuh district's Deputy Commissioner, Vishram Kumar Meena, recently expressed serious concern over the board exam results. He acknowledged that the results have been unsatisfactory for several years, and the problem extends beyond cheating, representing a systemic issue. Meena stated, "We are taking proactive steps to address this problem."
The district administration is holding continuous meetings to improve exam conduct. He also mentioned addressing student enrollment and vacant positions in primary schools to improve the education system and future student outcomes.
