The Muslim community in Thane, Maharashtra, expressed its joy over Operation Sindhur, praising the bravery of India's daughters and stating that Pakistan received a resounding response. They emphasized the nation's unity.
Operation-Sindoor: Amidst recent military tensions between India and Pakistan, reactions to Operation Sindhur are emerging from across the country. Following Friday prayers on May 9th, members of the Muslim community in Thane district, Maharashtra, welcomed and supported India's military operation, celebrating with sweets.
Leadership of India's Daughters Praised
During the celebrations, people lauded the Indian army's actions, expressing particular pride in the role of Colonel Sophia Kureishi and other female officers. One speaker stated, “Character matters; posturing achieves nothing. Our lioness, India's daughter, Colonel Sophia Kureishi, struck them where it hurts. And there are many more like her.”
“This is Just the Beginning…”
Another young man said, “Only two daughters have struck so far; the others haven't even begun. If the operation continues for another 10 days, Pakistan will cease to exist.” People also remarked that this was merely a trailer; the full picture is yet to emerge.
A Strong Rebuttal to Pakistan's Miscalculation
A speaker commented, “Pakistan thought it could infiltrate and attack our country and escape unscathed. But our army showed them their place. Now they are helpless and powerless.” He added that this is a clear indication that India will now respond appropriately to every attack.
India's Action: A Defense of Humanity
Some viewed India's military action as morally and humanely justified. One individual stated, “Killing one person is like killing all of humanity. What India did was the right thing. The murder of innocent people cannot be justified in the name of religion.”
