Number of Students Participating in the Examination

A total of 896,000 students participated in the SSLC examination held between March 21st and April 4th, 2025. This included 461,000 boys and 434,000 girls. The examination was conducted peacefully across 2,818 examination centers in the state. Students who did not pass this time need not worry. KSEAB has clarified that they will be given two additional opportunities to pass, known as Examination 2 and Examination 3. This is a golden opportunity to retake the exam.

Re-evaluation Option for Students with Low Scores

Students who feel their marks are lower than expected can apply for re-evaluation or a photocopy of their answer sheet. The board will re-check the answers, and marks will be revised if any errors are found. The digital marksheet provided by the board is recognized as a provisional certificate. Students can use it for further studies in school or other academic processes. However, the original marksheets will be made available at the respective schools after a few weeks.
