MOIL Limited, a Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Steel, declared a 16% dividend on each share with a face value of ₹10, equivalent to a payout of ₹1.61. The company's primary activity is manganese ore mining, and it is the largest producer of manganese ore in the country.

MOIL also paid an interim dividend of ₹4.02 to its shareholders in February of this year. During the March 2025 quarter, MOIL's net profit increased by 27% year-on-year to ₹115.65 crore, compared to ₹91.14 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. The company's total revenue reached ₹458.20 crore, up from ₹439.85 crore in the previous year. For the entire fiscal year 2025, MOIL's net profit rose by 30% to ₹381.63 crore, compared to ₹293.34 crore in FY 2023-24.
