Following Operation Sindhu, PM Modi to Address the Nation at 8 PM Tonight. This significant statement following the ceasefire with Pakistan is considered highly crucial.

PM Modi News: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation tonight at 8 PM. This will be his first official statement since India launched Operation Sindhu, neutralizing nine terrorist camps in Pakistan. The nation eagerly awaits this address.

First Reaction Following the India-Pakistan Ceasefire

A ceasefire agreement was recently reached between India and Pakistan, with both nations agreeing to halt military actions on land, air, and sea. Prime Minister Modi's address comes two days after this ceasefire, signaling India's continued focus on both peace and security following its military operation.

India's Significant Success in Operation Sindhu

On the morning of May 7th, the Indian Army launched Operation Sindhu, targeting nine terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-administered Kashmir (PoK). This operation resulted in the elimination of over 100 terrorists and 40 Pakistani soldiers. The operation focused on terrorist organizations such as Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed.

This is considered India's most precise and effective response to date, directly targeting Pakistan's terrorist policies.

PM Modi's High-Level Meetings and Diplomatic Strategy

Following the success of Operation Sindhu, Prime Minister Modi has been presiding over a series of high-level meetings. A recent crucial meeting included Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, NSA Ajit Doval, Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan, and the chiefs of the three armed forces.

The objective of the meeting was to monitor Pakistan's actions and strengthen India's diplomatic and military strategy.

Pakistan Violates Ceasefire Despite Agreement

Although a ceasefire agreement was declared between India and Pakistan on May 9th, Pakistan violated it the same day. Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri reported that both countries had agreed to cease all military operations from 5 PM onwards, but Pakistan deviated from the agreement.
