Pakistan once again reiterated its claim that Jammu and Kashmir is an internationally disputed territory, threatening to raise the issue in the United Nations. Pakistan further alleged that India's development claims are false, citing the heavy military presence and alleged human rights violations against civilians.

Pakistan appealed to the United Nations, human rights organizations, and the international community to hold India accountable for its alleged atrocities and grant Kashmiris the right to self-determination.
