Mohammad Shahid Qureshi, a resident of Uttar Pradesh, strangled his wife, Farheen, and then meticulously planned to hide her body. After the murder, he placed the body in a sack, disposed of it in a pit in a secluded area, and covered it with scrap material to avoid suspicion.
Murder in a Fit of Rage Following Domestic Dispute
The entire incident occurred on the afternoon of May 1st. The accused, Shahid, worked at a scrap yard in Jaipur's Vishwakarma area. He had taken his wife, Farheen, to the yard that day. Reports suggest that an argument broke out between them in the afternoon. This escalated to the point where Shahid, in a fit of rage, strangled his wife.
After the murder, he removed Farheen's clothes and placed her naked body in a sack. He then took the body to a pit near the yard and disposed of it. He attempted to conceal the evidence by covering it with scrap material. Afterwards, he returned home as if nothing had happened and went to sleep with his children.
