32 Bihar Teachers Resign to Join TRE-3 Appointments

Thirty-two BPSC teachers in Bhagalpur, Bihar, have resigned. These teachers, previously holding TRE-1 and TRE-2 positions, are resigning to take up new positions under TRE-3.

Bihar News: Significant news has emerged from Bhagalpur district, Bihar. After being selected in the TRE-3 teacher recruitment examination conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC), 32 teachers have resigned from their previous positions. This number is steadily increasing, and according to the education department, this process is part of the new TRE-3 appointments.

Resignation to Join TRE-3

According to the Bhagalpur education department, these 32 teachers were previously employed under TRE-1 and TRE-2. However, after their selection in TRE-3, they have submitted their resignations from their previous posts and are preparing to join new schools.

The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Devanarayan Pandit, informed that a total of 961 teachers are to be appointed in the district under TRE-3. Of these, 332 teachers have already joined new schools.

Special Educators Also Included

This list includes not only general educators but also 8 special educators who have submitted their resignations to join TRE-3. This indicates that TRE-3 appointments are considered better than previous ones, whether in terms of salary or posting.

Demand for Renewal of Guest Teachers' Services During Summer Vacation

Meanwhile, another education-related news item has come from the Nathnagar area of Bhagalpur. Dr. Anand Azad, president of the Guest Teachers' Association of Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU), has written to the Vice-Chancellor and Registrar with an important request.

He stated that the process of renewing guest teachers' services should be completed during the summer vacation, announced from May 21st to June 20th, so that they can resume their duties with the new academic session starting on June 21st.

According to Dr. Azad, this process previously took place from June 1st to June 30th, but the vacation dates have changed this year. Therefore, the university administration should complete the process in a timely manner to prevent teachers from facing any uncertainty or employment crisis.

Officials' Response to BPSC Teacher Resignations

Regarding the resignations of teachers joining under TRE-3, the education department clarified that this is a standard procedure. When a teacher is appointed to a new and better position, they naturally leave their previous post.

Officials say this process will not negatively impact the education system but will provide better opportunities for qualified teachers.
