Mahindra & Mahindra Q4 Profit Up 21%; FY25 Growth at 11%; ₹25.30 per Share Dividend Declared
Mahindra Q4 results: Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), the manufacturer of popular vehicles like the Thar and Scorpio, has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter (Q4) of fiscal year 2024-25 (FY25). The company released its quarterly report on May 5th, announcing impressive profits and a dividend payout.
21% Increase in Q4 Profit
Mahindra & Mahindra's standalone quarterly report showed a 21.85% increase in profit. The company's profit for the January-March quarter reached ₹2,437.14 crore, compared to ₹2,000.07 crore during the same period last year. Operational revenue also saw a 25% year-on-year increase, reaching ₹31,353.40 crore.
11% Annual Profit Growth
Mahindra's total net profit for fiscal year 2024-25 increased by 11% to ₹11,854.96 crore, up from ₹10,642.29 crore in the previous fiscal year. The company's revenue also saw an 18% increase, reaching ₹1,16,483.68 crore.
₹25.30 per Share Dividend Announced
Mahindra & Mahindra has recommended a dividend of ₹25.30 per share (506%) for its shareholders. The record date for the dividend is July 4th, 2025. The company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on July 31st, 2025, via video conferencing.
