RJD leader and former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister, Tejashwi Yadav, has once again launched a scathing attack on the BJP-led central government and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He sarcastically remarked that in Bihar, NDA now stands for "National Damaad Aayog" (National Son-in-Law Commission).
Bihar Politics: Known for his political attacks and sharp rhetoric, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has again bly criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the NDA government. This time, he redefined the NDA acronym as "National Damaad Aayog," alleging that the Modi government favors only "sons-in-law" and relatives, while the common people suffer from inflation, unemployment, and crime.
NDA: National Damaad Aayog – Tejashwi's Jibe
Yadav stated, "In Bihar, NDA now means 'National Damaad Aayog'. Modi ji has placed all the sons-in-law and relatives of his associates in positions of power. When it comes to the people's problems, their voices are silenced." He accused Prime Minister Modi of focusing on religious polarization and Hindu-Muslim politics instead of providing employment, relief from inflation, or security to the public.
Tejashwi Yadav highlighted the BJP's double standards on dynastic politics. He said that while the BJP repeatedly accuses the opposition of dynastic politics, nepotism is rampant within its own party and alliance. He claimed that over 50% of ministers in the Bihar government are linked to dynastic politics, and many BJP leaders themselves are sons, brothers, or nephews of prominent leaders. He asserted that this hypocrisy is now recognized by the public.
Questions Raised on Law and Order in Bihar
Tejashwi Yadav raised serious concerns about the law and order situation in Bihar. He stated that crime is rampant, but the central and state governments are preoccupied with election rallies and roadshows. He claimed that an average of 200 rounds of bullets are fired daily in Bihar, and people live in fear. He criticized Prime Minister Modi for not paying tribute to a recently martyred soldier during a roadshow, highlighting what he sees as the government's insensitivity and focus on winning elections rather than serving the people.
Biharis Described as the 'Backbone of the Nation'
In his speech, Tejashwi Yadav described the people of Bihar as a crucial pillar of the nation's security and development. He said that Bihar's youth are always at the forefront when it comes to defending the nation's borders, whether in the army, police, or other services. However, he lamented that their contributions are often overlooked when it comes to their rights.
Many political analysts see this sharp attack as linked to the potential electoral equations of 2025. Yadav is simultaneously attempting to expose the BJP's anti-dynastic campaign as hypocritical and capitalize on the discontent among youth and Bihar's voters.
