India has warned Pakistan that Operation Sindhur will not cease until Hafiz Saeed and other terrorists are handed over. This fight represents India's decisive move against terrorism.

Operation Sindhur: In the ongoing fight against terrorism between India and Pakistan, "Operation Sindhur" has become a significant name. Although a ceasefire has been declared along the border, India's Operation Sindhur is not over. India has made it clear that this mission will continue until Pakistan extradites the terrorists to India.

What is Operation Sindhur?

Operation Sindhur is a special military operation launched by India, specifically targeting terrorist bases located in Pakistan. The operation began after terrorists attacked innocent civilians in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. The terrorists first asked the victims their religion before shooting them, resulting in the death of 26 innocent people.

Strong Warning from India's Ambassador

In an interview, India's ambassador to Israel, J.P. Singh, clearly stated that Operation Sindhur is not over; it has only been temporarily paused. He emphasized that Operation Sindhur will continue until Pakistan hands over notorious terrorists like Hafiz Saeed, Sajid Mir, and Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi to India.

Why is Operation Sindhur Necessary?

India's stance is not merely a security measure but part of a new strategic approach, termed "New Normal" by J.P. Singh. India will now adopt an aggressive, rather than solely defensive, policy. Terrorists will be targeted regardless of their location—within or outside Indian borders.

J.P. Singh explained that under this operation, India targeted terrorist bases in Pakistan. In response, Pakistan targeted Indian military bases and residential areas. However, India has made it clear that terrorism will not be tolerated.

Uproar in Pakistan

Following Indian action on the Noor Khan Airbase in Pakistan on the morning of May 10th, there was an uproar. Pakistan's DGMO (Director General of Military Operations) called India demanding a ceasefire, clearly indicating that Operation Sindhur dealt a significant blow to Pakistan.

Indus Waters Treaty also at Risk?

J.P. Singh also made significant comments regarding the Indus Waters Treaty. He stated that the 1960 treaty aimed to maintain peace between India and Pakistan. However, for years, Pakistan has received water while reciprocating with terrorism.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has already stated that "water and blood will not flow together." This means that if Pakistan wishes to maintain the Indus Waters Treaty, it must eradicate terrorism at its roots.
